Flora Securities is a member of the National Stock Exchange Of India Limited and has acquired the membership in December , 1994. in the Capital Market Segment. On the 21st of January, 1995 we commenced our business. Flora Securities has been catering to retail clients spread across the country. Flora Securities has its branches in Indore and Mumbai and Jaipur the head office being Mumbai. Flora Securities was formed by Late Shri. Narendra Kumar Bhansali , Ex-partner Shri.Chetan C. Desai. and Shri. Gyan Chand Lodha. After the early demise of the co - founder of Flora Securities Shri. Narendra Kumar Bhansali in December 1996 ,his wife Smt. Priti N. Bhansali stepped in as partner.
